Your path to Zentrale Technik
It’s important to us that you feel well-informed right from the start – that’s why we’ve put together all the key information about our application process here.
1a. Browse the job board and find a suitable role
All current vacancies can be found on the STRABAG/ZÜBLIN job board. Filter options (e.g. by location) make it easier to search for specific roles. Clicking on a role displays all the details, such as the scope of duties and the requirements.
1b. Unsolicited application
Can't find a suitable vacancy? Then you can submit an unsolicited application here. When submitting an unsolicited application, please be sure to specify your preferred field of work and location.
2. Preparing and submitting your online application
Please upload your application, including a cover letter, CV and – where available – references, to the application portal using the corresponding buttons in the job advertisement.
3. Application review and potential first interview
We carefully review every application and respond to each one. If you are invited to an interview, this will take place either in person or online, depending on the location of the interviewees.
4. Behavioural Profile Analysis
If, during the initial interview, we both feel that we might be a good fit, we offer our candidates a ‘Behavioural Profile Analysis’ based on the DISC model. Regardless of the outcome of the interview, the candidate will receive the results in writing.
5. Possible follow-up interview and decision
If the initial interview could only take place online, there will definitely be a follow-up interview so that everyone involved can meet in person. Both parties will then make their decision: if the outcome is positive, we will draw up the contract documents as soon as possible and our journey together can begin.
