Our personalised practical and development programme offers you the perfect start to your career. You decide which direction to take: together with your mentor, you’ll draw up a personalised work plan tailored to your target role within Zentrale Technik.

In addition to fixed placements, such as a site assignment and a three-month stint abroad, our trainee programme also offers scope for your personal ideas. Regular feedback sessions and individual training programmes will encourage your personal, professional, and methodological development and help you to find your career path.

Key features of the trainee programme include:

  • Duration: 11-15 months, with a flexible start date
  • Mentoring: Personal support from a trainee mentor, a buddy, and the HR department
  • Areas of application: Individually designed deployment plan with a variety of stations
  • Highlights: Insights gained through a construction site deployment, and a three-month stint abroad
  • Development: A wide range of training courses, regular feedback sessions, and structured career development planning

Your particular advantage: You start straight away on a permanent contract and, upon completion of the programme, will be ideally prepared for your future target role at Zentrale Technik, into which you will transition seamlessly at the end of the trainee programme.
