New office T3
With its new T³ headquarters in Aichach, ZÜBLIN Timber is sending a strong message about modern working environments. The five-storey timber-hybrid building combines efficient design with innovative energy concepts – and, as a sustainable office building, meets the Efficiency House 40 standard.
TRIDEA Office Complex
For the TRIDEA high-rise complex in the city centre, Zentrale Technik is responsible both for the complex excavation design in the immediate vicinity of the underground station and for the challenging façade design and building physics. The design challenge lies in the interplay of three different building components, each with its own construction method: solid construction, composite steel construction and hybrid timber construction.
